Where are you based and how far will you travel?
I am based in Ballarat, Victoria. Pricing is inclusive of 2 hours round-trip of from Ballarat or Melbourne, however, I love to travel Australia and will offer reasonable pricing for interstate travel.
How many film crew or cameras can I expect?
Most base packages start with me, Rishan, as the main videographer and is capable of solo filming for the highlights only package. A second videographer would increase the quality of the overall film by offering more content to cherry pick from. A second videographer is recommended with a 30-40 minute extended film edit.
You can expect 2 cameras during the formalities such as the Ceremony and Speeches. With a second videographer, this goes up to 3 to 4 cameras.
What packages/extras do you recommend?
The Gold package is a great starting point for elopements or small weddings.
The Diamond Package is recommended for most weddings.
The Platinum package is similarly recommended for those who want a extra coverage.
The Infinity Package is simply for those who want to leave nothing on the table. It offers all services and video edits under a fantastic price.
Do you offer raw footage?
Offering raw footage might include unedited, shaky, or less-than-perfect moments that don't align with our commitment to delivering polished and professional content. Raw footage alone lacks the artistry and storytelling elements that are carefully crafted during the editing process. By providing only the final edited film(s), I provide a captivating narrative that enhances the overall cinematic experience.
Will all your film equipment get in the way?
On the contrary, I use compact and minimal equipment to be as nimble as possible to capture all those hidden gem moments. During the ceremony and speeches you may expect to see a tripod setup to capture a second angle.
How soon can we expect our film?
Depending on your chosen package you can expect anywhere from 4-6 weeks. During peak wedding season you can expect delays based of your place in the queue.
What is your booking process?
Firstly, get in contact to confirm our availability. To lock in your booking for your date I require a booking fee of 30%. This minimum deposit is a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. You can also expect to sign a service agreement that is customised to your requirements. Lastly, final payment is usually required 1 month before the wedding.
How does covid affect your services?
In the situation where you need to cancel your event due to Government mandated quarantine, your deposit will be put forward toward a rescheduled date. If we are not available for this new date be assured your cost will be refunded, less expenses.
